Cocoa Encounters hosted by Soul Foods, Alford was a really enjoyable and educational experience. Kathryn Laverack is an excellent speaker and her passion for the history and manufacture of bean-to-bar chocolate really came through. The chocolate was delicious and the small group experience enabled plenty of time to savour the tasting and ask questions.
