MISSION

Reclaiming chocolate

Cocoa Encounters was born out of a passion for sharing the opportunities offered by craft chocolate. Simply discovering and enjoying craft chocolate has the potential to preserve and regenerate our rainforests along with the people and cultures they sustain, to pioneer impact business practices and to reclaim the taste of chocolate. 

The aim of Cocoa Encounters is to support the development and sustainability of the craft chocolate industry by providing accessible and enjoyable learning opportunities to schools, consumers and professionals.

My aim is to transport people into the world of flavour, chocolate making and cacao, through an undertanding of chocolate's taste, challenges and rewards. I also want to create empathy with the people involved at every step.

I help children explore a world of taste, health, regeneration and enterprise.
