You have three ways to enjoy the experience:
Tasting Box Only (1 hr): Focus on tasting and exploring the chocolates with video guidance at your own pace.
Micro-Learning Course Only (2 hrs): Learn to distinguish fine chocolate from the fashionable, theory-only option—no chocolate required.
Full Experience (3 hrs): Receive a tasting box and access the micro-learning course for the complete guided journey.

Share your Discovery Experience with family and friends! Each participant will receive a tasting kit by post, and you’ll meet me on Zoom to taste, compare, and enjoy together.
I’m available for bookings in the evenings (excluding Fridays) and on weekends. Please contact me with your preferred date to check availability. A typical online Discovery Session lasts around 90 minutes. Pricing depends on the number of participants:
Minimum fee: £185 for up to 5 people, including tasting boxes delivered to UK addresses.
Additional participants: £30 per person, including a tasting box and UK postage.

After a tasting of roasted cocoa beans, a Discovery Experience gives you the opportunity to savour chocolate from fine cacao farms in Central and South America, Africa and Asia.
Chosen to highlight the craftsmanship of our UK makers, all the chocolate you taste is crafted in small batches here in the UK.
We will be dispelling the myth of percentage being an indicator of quality as we move from white chocolate through to dark.

If you wish to include people outside the UK in your group booking, this is possible and I have done this on many occasions but we will need to discuss the costings and practicalities of posting chocolate outside the UK to decide if this is a viable option.
The more notice the better but if you have an urgent request just email me to check availability.
All dark chocolate in the tasting kits are vegan and non-dairy white and milk chocolate alternatives are available.
For on-demand courses your can select either with-diary or non-dairy at the checkout. For group tastings, non-diary kits are also available.
I can do weekdays or weekends depending on availability.
